Mark McClean, Managing Director

Mark has 17 years of experience in delivering technological solutions to various blue chip companies. Using a refined combination of business and technology skills he solves complex application problems with the optimum mix of consultancy, systems & software development, plus ongoing training for clients. Mark has run several successful technology companies, delivering solutions to a variety of evolving market sectors. Currently he leads the 3ARC team of firmware and server-side software developers, to integrate with specific customer requirements. He speaks French confidently and is a keen ski racer, golfer and tennis player.

Tim Holway, Sales Director

For the last 17 years, Tim has specialised in communications. This includes system hardware, plus the provisioning and delivery of voice services to end-users. He set up V8 Communications in 2004 as a consultancy for inbound & outbound call solutions focusing upon business continuity (disaster recovery); call recording and text broadcast services. For 5 years prior to that he was sales director of a least-cost routing company, which he grew from £200K to £2.4 million turnover. Tim also spent a decade in retail area management, understanding how customers perceive service and delivery.

Pete Walters, Marketing director

Pete is a former nuclear physicist with over 35 years experience in hi-tech marketing ...specialising in voice & data comms, instrumentation and software. From 1980 to 1990, Pete was a founding director of a UK top five B2B agency. He has a degree in mathematics and physics, plus IT consultancy, is a Member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, a Fellow & Companion of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, and speaks French and German. Currently he leads the 3ARC hardware engineering team, pioneering new technologies for our next-generation products.
